In an annual endeavor to promote academic excellence, Al Janad University for Science and Technology announces the availability of 40 competitive scholarships in various fields. This marks the sixth consecutive year that the university has offered these scholarships, which are open to both full and partial funding
The announcement comes in conjunction with Yemen's national celebrations commemorating the 61st anniversary of the Revolution of September 26th. Al Janad University aims to contribute to the development of the country by investing in the minds of talented individuals and inspiring the youth
Prospective applicants, including male and female students, are invited to register for the scholarships starting this Saturday until the end of the week. To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum GPA of 85% and should have graduated within the past three years. Additionally, the competition will be based on scientific exams covering essential subjects within the university's three colleges: Medical Sciences, Engineering and Information Technology, and Administrative Sciences and Humanities and applicants are required to successfully pass the competency exams to qualify for the competition
It is worth mentioning that the university's vision is based on excellence and encouraging the outstanding students, reflecting its commitment to the quality of its graduates. Tens of high school graduates compete for these scholarships, and the university will announce the results of the selection process electronically on the same day as the exams, ensuring a transparent and efficient procedure
