As part of its commitment to academic collaboration and practical learning, Al-Janad University’s Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology hosted a student delegation from the Taiz Industrial Technical Institute for a scientific field visit on Sunday.

The visiting students were welcomed by Dr. Abdulraqib Ghalib, Dean of the Faculty, along with Dr. Abdulkarim Al-Qadri, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, and Eng. Ammar Al-Ahdal, Director of the Al-Janad Center for Engineering Research and Consulting. The visit included a guided tour of the faculty’s specialized laboratories and modern research facilities.

Throughout the tour, students had the opportunity to explore the university’s advanced technical infrastructure and cutting-edge equipment—recognized as some of the most advanced in the Taiz region. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application, enhancing students’ practical skills and career readiness.

This visit is part of Al-Janad University’s broader initiative to strengthen academic ties with local institutions and promote knowledge-sharing across the educational community in Taiz Governorate.
