Deanship of Academic Affairs Organizes Workshop on Teaching and Learning Strategies

The Deanship of Academic Affairs organized a workshop titled "Teaching and Learning Strategies" on Monday for selected members of the university's academic staff from the Colleges of Medical Sciences, Engineering, Administrative Sciences, and Humanities.

The workshop, held under the auspices of University President Dr. Mohyeddine Al-Qubati, was attended by 28 faculty members and conducted by Dr. Abdullatif Al-Nahmi.

Academic Affairs Coordinator Mr. Ayman Al-Qadsi explained that the workshop aimed to equip faculty members with essential teaching skills and strategies, as well as to train them on understanding different student types and effective interaction methods.

Additionally, the workshop focused on training participants in the preparation of various assessment tools and the measurement of learning outcomes.

The Deanship of Academic Affairs regularly organizes a series of workshops and activities aimed at enhancing the quality of the university's educational outcomes. These initiatives are designed to improve the academic process, develop the educational environment, and provide the necessary skills to achieve development in line with the university's vision.
