The Student Activities Department organized a training course titled “Managing Psychological Stress” for university students. The course was conducted by AlJanad Center for Training and Skills Development.
Led by trainer Mohammed Al-Zorafi, the session covered a variety of topics, including the sources and levels of psychological stress, the seven principles for managing stress, factors influencing stress, and strategies for addressing psychological pressures. It also explored the relationship between stress and personality types, concluding with a segment on achieving psychological balance for a stable life.
This course marks the launch of student activities for the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. Following today’s session for male students, the course will continue tomorrow, targeting female students.
The initiative underscores the university’s commitment to supporting students' mental well-being and equipping them with essential life skills to manage challenges effectively.
