As part of its commitment to enhancing practical learning, College of Engineering and Information Technology organized a field visit for third-year Civil Engineering and Interior Design students to Faculty of Medicine Building at Taiz University Under Construction
The visit, coordinated with Al-Janad Center for Engineering Research and Consultancy, aimed to provide students with hands-on training in quantity surveying and specifications analysis for completed and ongoing construction projects at the site.
The field training was supervised by Dr. Mohammed Hael, Eng. Ammar Al-Ahdal, and Eng. Anees Mansour, alongside site engineers who provided in-depth explanations of construction phases and engineering workflows. Leading the technical briefings were Eng. Raidan Al-Ariqi, Eng. Murad Al-Ariqi, and Eng. Majed Haza’a.
At the end of the visit, both students and supervisors expressed their gratitude to Roz Trading and Contracting Company and the project engineers for their valuable insights and practical guidance. A special acknowledgment was extended to Eng. Abdulmalik Al-Ma’amari for his ongoing support in strengthening students' practical learning experiences.
