As part of the preparations for the upcoming end-of-year examinations, the Center for Accreditation, Development, and Quality Assurance, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, organized a specialized discussion for exam proctors under the title “Examinations: The Year’s Outcome.” The discussion aimed to enhance the management and effectiveness of the examination process across the university.

Held under the auspices of University President Dr. Mohyeddine Al-Qubati, the two-day event brought together members of both the academic and administrative staff. The discussion featured interactive sessions and training workshops led by Engineer Waleed Al-Jaour, Director of Human Resources. The program focused on evaluating last year's exam practices, developing proctoring skills, addressing challenges, and ensuring a secure and supportive testing environment for all students.

Dr. Ameen Al-Haidari, the university’s Secretary-General, emphasized that the initiative reflects the university’s commitment to equipping its exam supervision teams with the necessary competencies and ensuring the implementation of best educational and administrative practices in line with academic quality standards.

This workshop is part of a broader professional development program conducted regularly by university to support proctor performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement in the educational process.
