Business Administration Students Present Final Research Projects for 2024–2025 Academic Year

    Department of Business Administration at the university held two open graduation research defense sessions for fourth-year students as part of the requirements for completing their bachelor's degrees for the 2024–2025 academic year.

    The first group presented their research titled:
    "The Impact of Work-Related Stress on Employee Performance at Al-Kuraimi Islamic Microfinance Bank."
    The study was supervised by Dr. Gamil Zaid and examined by Dr. Mohammed Al-Tabbali.

    The second group’s thesis was entitled:
    "The Role of Knowledge Management in Achieving Administrative Innovation: A Field Study on a Sample of Employees at Al-Janad University for Science and Technology."
    This research was also supervised by Dr. Gamil Zaid and evaluated by Dr. Moath Al-Qaisi.

    These sessions mark a key milestone for the graduating students as they demonstrate their academic efforts and practical research skills before faculty and peers.
