The sessions were attended by Dr. Gamil Zaid, Dean of the Faculty, along with department faculty members and a number of students.

The first project, supervised by Dr. Moath Taher, Head of the Accounting and Finance Department, was evaluated by Associate Professor Dr. Fadhl Al-Mughni. The study, titled "Electronic Accounting Systems and Their Role in Enhancing Internal Control in Private Universities in Taiz: A Field Study on a Sample of Yemeni Institutions," examined the effectiveness of digital accounting tools in improving internal oversight within higher education institutions.

The second project was supervised by Dr. Fadhl Al-Mughni, Head of the International Management Department, and reviewed by Dr. Moath Taher. It focused on "Evaluating Internal Control Systems in Yemeni Islamic Banks: A Field Study in Taiz City," offering insights into the mechanisms and efficiency of control systems in the financial sector.

Both defenses included thorough academic discussions and constructive feedback. Faculty members commended the students for their research quality and the relevance of their topics, which addressed critical issues in financial oversight within the education and banking sectors.
