    Deanship of Students at University welcomed new students to the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology for the 2025–2026 academic year in an orientation event held on Tuesday under the auspices of University President Prof. Mohyeddine Al-Qubati.

    The event aimed to introduce students to university life and academic regulations while fostering a sense of belonging within the university community.

    During his address, Dr. Abdulraqib Ghaleb, Dean of Faculty, congratulated the new students on joining Al-Janad University and encouraged them to pursue excellence and innovation in their academic journey. He emphasized the importance of technical and problem-solving skills in meeting the demands of the engineering and technology fields.

    The program included presentations by university officials. Eng. Ali Al-Atri, Director of Admissions and Registration, outlined academic policies and procedures, while Mr. Essam Masoud, Financial Director, explained financial regulations and student services.

    Prof. Samir Al-Asbahi, Dean of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center, delivered a lecture on the role of quality in higher education, stressing the importance of commitment to academic standards and continuous improvement.

    In his closing remarks, Dr. Ameen Al-Haidari, Secretary-General of the University, spoke about the broader dimensions of university life, describing Al-Janad as an environment that nurtures both academic and personal growth. He urged students to make the most of the university’s opportunities to build their skills, confidence, and readiness for future careers.
