The Women’s Student Affairs Unit on Saturday organized a training course on emotional and psychological balance under the auspices of the Deanship of Student Affairs. The course is being delivered by trainer Afaf Al-Sallahi as part of the unit’s ongoing efforts to promote mental well-being and support the academic and social development of female students.
The week-long program is designed to equip participants with skills in emotional regulation, enhance psychological balance, and foster positive interpersonal relationships that contribute to improved academic performance and personal well-being, while reinforcing Islamic and humanitarian values and ethical principles.
The course has attracted female students from various academic levels and departments across the university and is being conducted in an interactive environment that combines theoretical instruction with practical application.
The initiative is part of a broader series of guidance and capacity-building programs implemented by the department, highlighting the importance of psychological support in creating a healthy and safe university environment.
