Therapeutic Nutrition Students Conduct Field Visit to Yemen Company for Industry and Trade

Therapeutic Nutrition students at the university carried out a field visit to the factories of the Yemen Company for Industry and Trade in Taiz, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance practical training and bridge theoretical learning with real-world industrial practice.

During the visit, the students were divided into two groups and began their tour at the Occupational Safety and Security Unit, where they were introduced to the workplace safety measures and protocols applied within the facility. The visit then continued to the biscuit production lines, where students received detailed briefings on the various stages of the manufacturing process.

The program also included a stop at the laboratory, where students were familiarized with the testing equipment used for quality control, moisture measurement, and the standards adopted to ensure product safety and compliance.

The university extended its appreciation to the Yemen Company for Industry and Trade and all parties involved for hosting the students and supporting the educational process by providing meaningful field training opportunities.
