Al-Janad University for Science and Technology is continuing its training program for newly appointed staff and professional development, organized by the Human Resources Department under the auspices of University President Prof. Mohyeddine Al-Qubati. The program is delivered by Al-Janad Center for Training and Skills Development as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to strengthen human capital and enhance institutional performance.
Launched on September 28, the month-long program was inaugurated in the presence of University Secretary-General Dr. Amin Al-Haidari, Director of Human Resources Eng. Waleed Al-Jaour, and Director of Al-Janad Center Dr. Basheer Al-Yousifi. The opening session featured a workshop titled “Institutional Culture,” presented by Dr. Al-Haidari, which introduced participants to the university’s work environment, internal regulations, and core institutional values.
The program aims to develop the administrative, technical, and academic skills of newly recruited staff, raise awareness of their rights and responsibilities, and familiarize them with the university’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. It also seeks to support their professional and psychological adjustment, facilitate their integration into the workplace, and promote stronger professional relationships and cross-departmental collaboration.
