    The Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Humanities  at Al-Janad University for Science and Technology held the Open Defence of a graduation research project presented by students of the Business Administration Program for the 2026 academic year. The study, titled “The Impact of Digital Transformation on Improving Employee Performance in Private Universities in Taiz City,” was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, the Head of the Department, faculty members, as well as a number of guests and students.

    The examination committee was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Gamil Zaid, who also served as the research supervisor, and included Dr. Amgad Saeed and Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Obaidi as internal examiners. The committee reviewed a comprehensive presentation of the study, including its methodology, key findings, and recommendations aimed at enhancing institutional performance in higher education institutions.

    The committee commended the research for its rigorous methodology and high academic quality, describing it as a valuable contribution to the field of business administration. In recognition of its scholarly merit, the study has been accepted for publication in an internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal, reflecting the quality of the university’s research output and its commitment to fostering a culture of research excellence and innovation.
